In this class Steph will teach you how to cover a cake with fondant and achieve clean/straight edges. She will also share some tips, tricks and a few simple design techniques. This is a great class for beginners and bakers who still have trouble working with fondant and covering cakes.
Students will be provided with fondant, a cake dummy to cover and to take home after the class.
All items and tools needed to cover your cake will be provided for use during the class only. Starter kits are available at an additional cost.
