In this 2-day class Steph Lawshe from Sweet Little Morsels, will teach you how to make a beautiful Open Sugar Peony in just a few easy steps that will provide that WOW factor to your cakes! You will learn how to work with sugar paste (Gumpaste), cut out and wire each petal using Peony cutters and groove board, creating a realistic look to each petal, assembling and dusting your Peonies with subtle, yet realistic shading.
Students will be provided with sugar paste, a set of Peony cutters, and a cake dummy to place flowers in to take home.
Please note - this is a 2-day class. The class will take place on Saturday and Sunday (6/28 and 6/29) from 10am-1:30pm both days.
