Available for students 16+ - Beginner to intermediate 

In this 2-day class you will be taught how to make a beautiful Sugar Poppy in just a few easy steps that will provide that WOW factor to your cakes! You will learn how to work with sugar paste (Gumpaste), cut out and wire each petal using Poppy cutters and groove board, creating a realistic look to each petal, assembling and dusting your Poppy with subtle, yet realistic shading.

Please note - this is a 2-day class. The class will take place on Saturday and Sunday (8/10 and 8/11) from 10am-1pm. Supplies to create your sugar poppy will be provided for in class use only. Each student will receive a box to take home finished sugar flowers
