In this class Steph will teach you how to achieve a sharp edge and smooth chocolate ganache cake using acrylic discs, followed by how to arrange fresh flowers on your finished cake. Each student will receive a real cake that they will apply chocolate ganache to and the materials needed to prep flowers. This is a great class for those who want to achieve a smoother ganache finish on their cake and learn some new techniques.
All items and tools needed to cover your cake will be provided for use during the class only. Students will receive a 5% discount on all purchases at Fran's Cake and Candy Supplies on the day of the class.
