In this class Steph from Sweet Little Morsels will teach you how to achieve a sharp edge and smooth buttercream on a heart shaped cake using the acrylic disk method. Followed with how to pipe a simple and elegant vintage style buttercream design. Each student will receive a real cake that they will apply buttercream to and the materials needed to pipe their desired vintage design. This is a great class for those who want to achieve a smoother buttercream finish on their cake and learn some new techniques.
All items and tools needed to cover your cake will be provided for use during the class only. Students will be provided a box to take their finished cake home.
