In this class Steph Lawshe from Sweet Little Morsels will teach you to achieve a sharp edge and smooth buttercream cake using the acrylic disk method. She'll also teach you how to pipe buttercream rosettes on your cake. We will finish dusting our buttercream cake with shimmery luster dust to add some sparkle.
Each student will receive a real cake that they will apply buttercream to and the other materials needed to complete their cake. This is a great class for those who want to achieve a smoother buttercream finish on their cake and learn some new techniques.
All items and tools needed to cover your cake will be provided for use during the class only. Students will receive a 5% discount on all purchases at Fran's Cake and Candy Supplies on the day of the class.
