Fondant Luster Cake w/ Fresh Florals

In this class Steph Lawshe from Sweet Little Morsels will teach you how to cover a real cake with fondant and apply a luster finish to a fondant cake. Followed with how to arrange fresh flowers on your finished cake. This is a great class for beginners and bakers who still have trouble working with fondant and also want to learn something new!

*Each student will be covering a one tier cake. Cake pictured is just an example.

All items and tools needed to decorate your cakes will be provided for use during the class only. Students will be provided a box to take their finished cake home.
