Available for students 16+ - Beginner to intermediate 

In this 2-day class you will be taught how to make beautiful and unique Sugar Fantasy Flowers in just a few easy steps that will provide that WOW factor to your cakes! First day of class you will learn how to work with sugar paste (Gumpaste), cut out and wire each petal using different shaped petal cutters and a wire board, creating a realistic look to each petal. Second day of class, students will learn how to make different flower centers using gems and colorful stamens. Finishing with assembling and dusting your fantasy flowers.

Please note - this is a 2-day class. The class will take place on Saturday and Sunday (2/17 and 2/18) from 10am-1:00pm both days.

All items and tools needed to create the sugar flowers will be provided for use during the class only. Students will be provided a box to place finished flowers in to take home.

All items and tools needed to cover your cake will be provided for use during the class only. Students will receive a 5% discount on all purchases at Fran's Cake and Candy Supplies on the day of the class
