Available for students 16+ - Beginner to intermediate 

In this class Steph will teach you how to make beautiful and easy sugar sweet peas in just a few easy steps that will provide that WOW factor to your cakes! You will learn how to work with sugar paste (Gumpaste), cut out petals using petal cutters, creating a realistic look to each petal, assembling and dusting your sweet peas with subtle, yet realistic shading. 

All items and tools needed to create the sugar roses will be provided for use during the class only. Starter kits are available at an additional cost.
